So simple!! Just slice your apples and core the center with a mini cutter. Keep your apple slices from browning by soaking them in apple juice for a few minutes. Then slather SunButter, Nutella, or other healthy peanut butter on each side. Take your kids favorite chewy granola bar and crumble it up into smaller bits and using the back of a spoon flatten out onto the apple slices.
