- Stretch uncooked breadsticks to 12 inches.
- Wrap dough around hot dogs; be sure to let the meat show slightly through the wraps.
- Press in capers for eyes.
- Bake until bread is golden brown (about 12 minutes).
- Serve with ketchup and mustard.
